You will need:
Rice flour – 3 tbsps
Veggies – Carrot, Cabbage, green beans & Onions (small cut)
Red chilli powder – 2-3 tsps. (add more if you want it more spicy)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Make a thick batter of the besan flour and rice flour using water as required. Add salt, red chilli powder and mix well. Add the cut vegetables to the batter. Heat oil. To test if oil is ready leave a drop of batter in the oil. If it rises immediately then the oil is hot enough otherwise heat for a few more minutes. Drop batter in oil and fry on both sides till golden brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup/sauce.
